SUCCESSion planning should not be a taboo topic but a standard organizational practice. Drawing from firsthand experience with unexpected leadership transitions and extensive research, we've developed a streamlined approach using a design sprint framework to create practical succession plans efficiently.


Why This Matters

Critical organizational leaders' unplanned absences, departures, and transitions (Executive Directors, CEOs, COOs, CFOs, etc.) can significantly disrupt operations and threaten organizational sustainability. Our simplified methodology helps organizations be prepared rather than reactive.


The Process

In just 8-10 weeks,  comprehensive succession strategies are developed through a five-phase process:
