Bridget Y Samuel, Founder, Capacity Builder, and UX Designer-Strategist

Bridget brings 20+ years of nonprofit leadership expertise as a certified organizational development (OD), human-centered design (HCD), and change management expert. With experience spanning board governance to grassroots activation, her approach combines strategic vision with practical implementation.

As a "generalist" with a broad perspective, Bridget excels at navigating ambiguity and deriving new patterns from complex situations. Her collaborative leadership style creates safe spaces for authentic dialogue. At the same time, her unwavering commitment to serving marginalized communities has earned recognition from national media outlets, including NBC Nightly News and the New York Times.

Bridget enjoys yoga, reading, dancing, painting, long meditative walks, and playing with her rescue dog, "Twinkie."

DARRIANA Donnegan-Alford

Darriana is a community organizer, practitioner of healing justice, and consultant with over a decade of
demonstrated history of strategically developing programs, engaging youth and communities, and building organizational accountability, culture and processes.

Darriana’s values include a people-first approach that centers community voices and upholds restorative principles in relationships.

KELLI King-Jackson

Kelli, founder of Kelli King-Jackson, LLC, has 25 years of experience in the social sector. As an ACC-certified leadership coach, she supports Black women and femmes in white spaces, with nearly 500 coaching hours. Having granted over $135M in philanthropy, she helps grantmakers invest equitably in communities of color and advises Black-led nonprofits. She serves on multiple boards and committees while dedicating her free time to electoral discussions and supporting Black-led organizations.

MARIA A. Fernández

María has 25 years of experience in social impact leadership and is the Founder/CEO of Destino Strategy Consulting in San Antonio. Her expertise spans collective leadership development, organizational strengthening, change management, strategic partnerships, education, and DEIJ implementation. She has helped diverse organizations increase effectiveness and impact through coaching and capacity building. English-Spanish bilingual and bicultural, María is a California native now living in Texas with her family and tiny dog.

SUSAN Sessions, CPA

Susan has over 25 years of financial expertise spanning public and private sectors, bringing exceptional tax and accounting knowledge to the VESTEDin™ team. Beginning her career at a small Texas CPA firm before advancing to leadership roles with international accounting firms and multi-billion dollar corporations, she offers a comprehensive understanding of financial management across organizations of all sizes. Susan excels at translating complex financial concepts into accessible language while creating collaborative relationships that help nonprofits confidently address their unique financial challenges.

ALLISON Booker-Brooks

Allison brings 20+ years of nonprofit leadership expertise, building strong stakeholder relationships while fostering innovation. She excels in strategic planning, resource development, and team building with a leadership style centered on transparency and collaboration. As a nonprofit leader, her approach is rooted in transparency, accountability, and collaboration. In addition to her domestic work, Allison has over a decade of experience mentoring international fellows.

Bratchard Guy is an award-winning fine art photographer based in Houston who serves as VESTEDin™'s go-to photographer for capturing the essence of the company's human-centered approach to nonprofit consulting. Specializing in fine arts and conceptual portraiture, Bratchard creates images that do more than document—they tell compelling stories.
