Each role is intentionally structured to support sustainability—for both the people doing the work and the organizations we serve.

The role is intentionally not full-time.

• Senior Capacity Coaches are contract (1099), cohort-based roles averaging 8–10 hours per month.

Role includes transparent expectations about time commitment, pacing, and peak periods.

Compensation ranges are provided transparently in each job description and are commensurate with experience and role scope.

We aim to be fair, clear, and respectful of senior-level experience while maintaining sustainability within nonprofit systems. Final compensation decisions consider experience, alignment, and cohort or program needs.

It depends on the role.

• Senior Capacity Coaches may be based outside of Houston.
• Some roles require periodic in-person participation in the Greater Houston area, which is clearly noted in the job descriptions.
• Required travel is planned and supported in accordance with VESTEDin™ travel and reimbursement policies.
