All job descriptions are available as downloadable PDFs (below) and include transparent information about time commitment, compensation, scope, and how each role is designed.
If you feel drawn to this work, we’d love for you to review the role description(s) and complete the application (link located on the last page of each job description). If someone in your network comes to mind, please share this with them as well.
We’re grateful for the community of practitioners, partners, and leaders who make this work possible.
THE VESTEDin™ TEAM
These roles are designed for experienced nonprofit and capacity-building professionals who value clarity, boundaries, and depth of contribution over volume or constant availability. Each role is intentionally structured to support sustainability—for both the people doing the work and the organizations we serve.
They are not entry-level roles or stepping stones.
No.
All four roles are intentionally not full-time.
Each role includes transparent expectations about time commitment, pacing, and peak periods.
The classification reflects the nature of the work and level of integration into VESTEDin™ operations.
This distinction is intentional and aligned with how the work is designed—not a reflection of importance or impact.
Details are outlined clearly in each job description.
Compensation ranges are provided transparently in each job description and are commensurate with experience and role scope.
We aim to be fair, clear, and respectful of senior-level experience while maintaining sustainability within nonprofit systems. Final compensation decisions consider experience, alignment, and cohort or program needs.
It depends on the role.
Not at this time.
We intentionally do not require resumes or cover letters at this stage.
Each application is designed to help us understand your lived experience, judgment, availability, and alignment with the role's design, rather than polished narratives.
Yes—if you genuinely feel aligned with more than one role’s design and expectations.
We ask that you review each job description carefully and submit a thoughtful application for each role you pursue.
These roles are structured, not open-ended.
There is flexibility in how work is completed, but expectations around scope, availability during key moments, and role boundaries are clear and intentional.
No.
VESTEDin™’s work is organizational capacity-building, grounded in systems, sequencing, and implementation—not individual performance coaching, consulting projects, or therapeutic support.
Each job description clearly outlines what the role is and is not.
We aim to move thoughtfully and respectfully through the process and will communicate clearly about timing and next steps. Note: Due to application volume, only candidates selected to move forward will be contacted.
That’s okay—and encouraged.
These roles are intentionally specific. If, after reviewing the job description, the role design resonates with you, we welcome your application. If not, we deeply appreciate your interest and your continued engagement with the VESTEDin™ community.
